• An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims.

Non-Eligible Items:
• Used or washed products.
• Products without original tags.
• Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers.

Refund Policy:
• We currently do not offer refunds.
• Eligible products can only be exchanged for another size or product of equal value.
